1. Research Use Only Acknowledgment
By purchasing products from SureTide Peptides (“Company”), I acknowledge and agree that:

Products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

I am solely responsible for ensuring that all handling, storage, use, and disposal of products complies with applicable laws, regulations, and accepted laboratory safety standards.
2. Eligibility & Legal Capacity
I represent that:

I am 21 years of age or older.

I am legally permitted to purchase and possess research compounds in my jurisdiction.

I will not use, resell, distribute, or provide these products for any prohibited or unlawful purpose.
3. No Medical Claims or Advice
SureTide Peptides:

Makes no medical, health, or therapeutic claims, express or implied.

Does not provide medical advice, dosing instructions, or usage recommendations.

Does not guarantee research outcomes, efficacy, or results.
Products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
Except for conformity to batch-level specifications and any provided Certificates of Analysis, the Company disclaims all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I:

Assume all risks associated with the purchase, possession, handling, use, or disposal of products.

Agree that SureTide Peptides shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Agree that the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing herein limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or liabilities that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
5. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless SureTide Peptides, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from my actions or misuse of products.
6. Governing Law & Venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the Binding Arbitration provisions set forth in the Company’s Terms & Conditions, except where arbitration is prohibited by law.
7. Electronic Acceptance
By completing a purchase or affirmatively accepting this Agreement, I acknowledge that my electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding signature.
This Agreement incorporates by reference the Company’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
